Understanding booking statuses

Every booking on Fixaroo moves through a series of statuses.

• Pending — The customer has requested a booking. Awaiting your confirmation.
• Confirmed — You've accepted the booking. The customer has been notified.
• In Progress — The vehicle is with you and work has started.
• Completed — The work is done. A review request is sent to the customer.
• Cancelled — Either party cancelled the booking.
• No Show — The customer did not arrive for their appointment.

Changing a booking status

Open the booking and use the Update status dropdown. Status changes are logged and the customer is notified automatically.
