By accessing or using Fixaroo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. Description of Service
Fixaroo is an online marketplace that connects vehicle owners with automotive service providers. We provide the platform and tools that enable these connections but are not ourselves a provider of automotive services.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Bookings and Payments
When you make a booking through Fixaroo, you enter into a direct agreement with the relevant service provider. Fixaroo facilitates the payment process but is not a party to the service agreement between you and the provider.
All payments are processed securely. Cancellation and refund policies are set by individual service providers and will be displayed before you confirm a booking.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use Fixaroo to engage in any unlawful activity, submit false or misleading information, harass or harm other users, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fixaroo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform or the services provided by garage partners.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
