Managing your subscription plan

You can change your subscription at any time from Billing in your partner portal.

Upgrading your plan

  1. Go to Partner Portal → Billing
  2. Click Change plan
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Your card will be charged the pro-rated difference immediately

Downgrading your plan

Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Cancelling your subscription

  1. Go to Billing → Subscription
  2. Click Cancel subscription
  3. Confirm the cancellation

Your account remains active until the end of the paid period. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.
