Taking payments through Fixaroo

Fixaroo supports online card payments at the time of booking, and in-person Tap to Pay via the Fixaroo Terminal.

Online payments

Customers can pay for their booking online when they book. Funds are held securely and released to your account once the booking is marked as completed.

In-person payments (Tap to Pay)

With Fixaroo Terminal, customers can pay by card or contactless at your garage. No hardware required.

Payouts

Payments are transferred to your registered bank account on a rolling 2-day schedule. View your payout history in Billing → Payouts.

Refunds

To issue a refund, open the completed booking and click Refund. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
