How to confirm or decline a booking
When a customer makes a booking request, it appears in your Bookings dashboard with a status of Pending.
Confirming a booking
- Open the booking from your dashboard
- Review the customer details, vehicle, and requested service
- Click Confirm booking
- The customer is automatically notified by email and SMS
Declining a booking
- Open the booking
- Click Decline
- Optionally add a reason for the customer
- The customer is notified and will not be charged
Marking a booking as complete
Once the work is done, update the booking status to Completed from the job sheet. This triggers the review request email to the customer.
