How to confirm or decline a booking

When a customer makes a booking request, it appears in your Bookings dashboard with a status of Pending.

Confirming a booking

  1. Open the booking from your dashboard
  2. Review the customer details, vehicle, and requested service
  3. Click Confirm booking
  4. The customer is automatically notified by email and SMS

Declining a booking

  1. Open the booking
  2. Click Decline
  3. Optionally add a reason for the customer
  4. The customer is notified and will not be charged

Marking a booking as complete

Once the work is done, update the booking status to Completed from the job sheet. This triggers the review request email to the customer.
