Fixaroo is an online marketplace operated by Ampleflow Ltd, registered in England and Wales. We provide a platform that connects car owners with independent garages and automotive service providers across the UK. By using Fixaroo, you agree to these Terms of Service.
These Terms apply to all users of Fixaroo, including customers (people looking for automotive services) and partners (garages and service providers listing on the platform). Separate Partner Terms apply to garage partners and are incorporated by reference.
Fixaroo is a marketplace — we facilitate discovery and bookings between customers and garages, but the contract for any automotive service is directly between the customer and the garage partner. Fixaroo is not a party to that contract and does not provide automotive services.
We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the services listed on Fixaroo, nor for the accuracy of garage listings. We do, however, take reasonable steps to verify partner businesses and maintain platform quality.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Fixaroo account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and must keep your password secure.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm other users or garages.
When you make a booking through Fixaroo, you are entering into an agreement with the garage. Fixaroo confirms the booking on the garage's behalf and facilitates payment. You agree to:
Garages may have their own terms and conditions for the service itself. These will be made available at the time of booking where applicable.
Payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By making a payment on Fixaroo, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. Fixaroo may collect a service fee on certain transactions; this will be clearly shown before you confirm a booking.
All prices displayed on Fixaroo are in pounds sterling (GBP) and inclusive of VAT where applicable. Garage partners are responsible for ensuring their listed prices are accurate and compliant with UK consumer pricing regulations.
Cancellation policies vary by garage. The garage's cancellation policy will be displayed at the time of booking. Please review it carefully before confirming.

Fixaroo allows customers to leave reviews for garages they have visited via the platform. Reviews must be honest, based on genuine experience, and must not contain defamatory, offensive, or misleading content. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these standards.
Garages may not incentivise, pressure, or manipulate customers to leave or remove reviews. Doing so may result in listing suspension.
All content on the Fixaroo platform — including the name, logo, design, software, and editorial content — is owned by or licensed to Ampleflow Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any part of the platform without our written permission.
By uploading content to Fixaroo (such as photos or descriptions), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content on the platform.
You must not use Fixaroo to:
Fixaroo is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all garage listings are accurate or up to date. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.
To the fullest extent permitted by English law, Ampleflow Ltd's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with Fixaroo shall not exceed the greater of £100 or the total amount you paid through Fixaroo in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for: the quality or outcome of any automotive service; loss of profits, business, or data; or any indirect or consequential loss. Our liability for direct losses that are a reasonably foreseeable consequence of a breach of these Terms is not excluded.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that if you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice on the platform. Continued use of Fixaroo after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
