Pricing FAQ

Is there a free trial?
Yes, for new garages. Sign up and choose Starter and your first 2 months are free, with no card needed. When the free period ends it simply stops unless you choose to carry on at £39.00 per month, so nothing is charged without you asking. If you already have a claimed garage, Subscribe Starter opens Stripe Checkout so you can enter your card.

How does per-location pricing work?
Each of your garages picks its own plan, and you pay for the plans you choose. A second site can stay on Free while your main workshop runs Starter or Pro. There is no extra charge for having more than one location, and a new location always starts on Free. Pay yearly and you get 2 months free.

What's the difference between Starter and Pro?
Starter is the full workshop for a location — diary, job sheets, health checks, quotes, invoices, unlimited staff and the mechanic app. Pro is everything in Starter plus the AI receptionist built in (330 minutes a month, then 25p a minute — switched on the day it launches if you join before then) and reports. Automatic review requests after every job come with every plan, Free included.

How does the Voice AI Receptionist add-on work?
Coming soon — not available yet. When it launches, it will pick up your missed calls, confirm the make and model via DVLA, and can book straightforward jobs into your Fixaroo calendar. Pro will include it; on Starter it will be a paid add-on per location from £24.99/month. There is no trial. Cancel the add-on any time from your account.

Are there any hidden fees?
No. No setup fee, no hidden charges. You pay the price of the plan each location is on, and card fees only apply when you take card payments through Fixaroo, all-in for standard UK cards: 1.95% in person on Free, 1.75% on Starter, 1.6% on Pro; 2.5% online; nothing on your own card machine.

Can I change plan later?
Yes, location by location, any time from your account. A change applies straight away and is prorated — you pay the difference for the rest of the period, or get credit for it. During a free period the plan can change once the free period ends.

Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. No cancellation fee, no notice period. Move a location to Free from your account and you are credited for the unused part of what you have paid.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. We never store your card details.

What happens to my data if I leave?
It's yours. You can export your bookings, customer records, and job history before you go. We hold it for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind.
