How do I get my terminal?
Once you sign up for Fixaroo Payments, you can order your terminals directly from the Partner dashboard. They arrive pre-configured. Delivery depends on the carrier estimate at checkout. Fixaroo does not quote a fixed arrival window, and Stripe Terminal shipping estimates are not guaranteed.
When do I get paid?
Payouts to your bank start after you claim, connect payouts, and take a live booking.
Is there a contract?
No. Fixaroo Payments is built on transparency. There are no long-term contracts, no monthly rental fees for hardware, and no hidden cancellation costs. You only pay when you process a transaction.
Can I use my existing terminal?
Fixaroo Payments uses our integrated terminals so card payments can be matched to bookings. You can use Tap to Pay on your existing smartphone immediately after setup.
